Guardian Inspections was established by Brian and Christie Kirchmer in April, 2002.  Prior to forming their own company, Brian had more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, and renovation.  He also built more than a hundred homes during that time period.  In 1998, Brian became a home inspector, working for another firm for four years.  During that time, he gained an enormous amount of experience while undergoing extensive education as an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified member, and as a member of the Exterior Design Institute. 

In addition to performing tens of thousands of home inspections over the last 12 years, Brian has also established himself as the most sought after EIFS Inspector in the Cincinnati area.  He keeps current on industry changes, new building technology and products, and standards of practice.  Moisture Warranty Corporation also relies on him to conduct their EIFS inspections before they will issue a MoistureFree Warranty.

Today we are a full-service inspection company.  If you are in need of an inspection, just one call to the office will take care of everything.  We strive to have everything you need by the evening of your inspection.  If you are working closely with your realtor, we will be happy to copy them on all reports and consult with them on any other items they need.  We know it is a trying time when you are buying a new home.  Our goal is to make your inspection process as simple as possible for you!

After the inspection, both Brian and Christie will be available to you for as long as you wish.
